New Study Options for the Critical Care, Emergency and Perioperative Nursing Programs!
NSHA’s Registered Nurse Professional Development Centre (RNPDC) has a provincial mandate to provide educational programs and services for registered nurses, internationally educated nurses and other health professionals. A review of RNPDC conducted in 2015 indicated a need to review existing programs’ study options to maximize flexibility, access and cost effectiveness while focusing on tailoring programs to recognize prior learning and the learning needs of new and inexperienced health professionals.
RNPDC has redesigned the study options for the Critical Care, Emergency and Perioperative Nursing Programs. RNPDC will be offering a NEW accelerated part-time study option (24 weeks) and a regular part-time study option (34-45 weeks) for each program. To learn more visit each program’s webpage and review the FAQs.
